The word poop in Japanese

The English word "poop" is known as "unko" (うんこ) in Japanese, though it isn't the only way to talk about poop in the Japanese language. There are many variations, such as the word "unchi," (うんち) which is a more child-friendly version of the word; you could compare this to the English word "poo." But that isn't it. There's also "Daiben" (大便) which is the medical term used to refer to feces or stool in for example a more professional or medical environment, and last but not least, there's the word "kuso" (糞) which is the Japanese equivalent to "shit." It being the vulgar version of the word poop leads to it being used for swearing.
